How to Withdraw

Withdrawing your credits is straightforward:

1. Open your Wallet from the sidebar.
2. Tap Withdraw.
3. Enter the amount you'd like to withdraw.
4. Select your saved bank account (or add a new one).
5. Confirm the transaction.

You'll receive a confirmation once your withdrawal has been submitted, and a notification when the transfer completes.

Bank Transfer

Withdrawals are sent directly to your Nigerian bank account. You'll need to save your bank details (account number and bank name) in your wallet settings before making your first withdrawal. You can save multiple bank accounts and choose which one to use for each withdrawal.

Processing

Withdrawals are processed through our payment partners and typically arrive quickly. You'll receive an email notification when your withdrawal is initiated, and another when the transfer is complete.

Withdrawal History

Every withdrawal is recorded in your wallet's transaction history. You can view the amount, date, bank account, and status of each withdrawal at any time. This makes it easy to keep track of your earnings and payouts.

Tips

• Double-check bank details. Incorrect account numbers can delay your payment. Make sure your saved bank details are accurate before confirming.
• Save multiple accounts. If you use different bank accounts, you can save them all and choose the right one at withdrawal time.
